e73d8b24.jpg.505x650_q85No doubt that everyone is amped with anticipation over the 3rd mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead. With the release date just around the corner rumors are beginning to spread over the highly anticipated episode, “The Suicide King.” One rumor in particular has caught my peoples attention is possible return of Morgan Jones.

Back in June of last year we reported that actor Lennie Lee was in talks with the show’s producers, but at the time he was restricted because of his prior commitments to another show.

“There’s a possibility I might go back. It just depends on timing-wise if I’m free. At least one of the times they contacted me about it, I was busy doing something else.”

Our friends over at Nuke The Fridge got the scoop on some big details from the upcoming episode.

WARNING: Spoilers Ahead

When Rick, Carl, and Michonne first enter the town they see it’s completely booby-trapped for walkers. Then they are suddenly shot at by a masked gunman on a building’s roof top. Carl shoots him and the man falls unconscious.  After unmasking the gun man they realize that it’s Morgan.  They take him up to a room in the building he was hiding in and find that he has collected a large arsenal of weapons. When Morgan wakes up, he has a touch of amnesia. He attacks Rick because he does not remember  him.

Morgan’s memory of Rick returns when he shows him the walkie-talkie.

This all takes place before Duane’s fate is revealed.

This is of course all rumor until the episode finally airs, but it does seeming fitting. Multiple news outlets are reporting that fans should expect a big return with the new episode. Maybe it is Morgan they are talking about? Only one way to find out…

The Walking Dead returns February 10th on AMC.

Crossbows at the ready…. The Walking Dead‘s Norman Reedus will be visiting Sydney next week to promote the Season 3 return of the zombie series to FX.

Reedus plays one-time loner ‘Daryl Dixon’, whose survival skills and street smarts have made him the ‘number two’ to leader Rick Grimes.

Known also for his starring role as Murphy MacManus in the cult movie The Boondock Saints, Reedus is an accomplished filmmaker, writer, photographer and artist.

Karin Simoncini, Managing Director of FOX International Channels Australia said, “The Walking Dead has become an audience favourite in Australia and Norman Reedus one of the heroes. We are incredibly excited to have him in Sydney to support the series return to FX.”

The Walking Dead Season 3 returns Tuesday February 12 at 8.30pm AEDT with eight new episodes on FX, less than 33 hours after US audiences.

The success of The Walking Dead has spread way beyond the scope of American audiences, and in this new Australian promo for the season 3 return, we see Glenn’s desire to seek revenge on the Governor.

Most of the promos we’ve seen so far for the return of The Walking Dead feature Rick and the Governor juxtaposed as ready to fight one another. In this new promo imported from Australia, however, we see some of the other prison group survivors getting ready to fight.

Thanks to Comic Book Movie for the scoop.

Though this video is a little shaky and low-res (since it looks like someone filmed the promo from their television), it still gives us a good look at what is to come on The Walking Dead.

Hershel wants to leave with the threat of the Governor’s forces coming to the prison, but Glenn is showing his position of practical leadership, letting Hershel know that running probably isn’t the best idea. With a one-legged man and a crying baby, walkers will be quick to find their clan on the road.

They would probably attract the attention of the Governor as well.

Glenn will be ready to fight, and we do see some action from Maggie in terms of combat. Shots ring out in Woodbury, and it looks like Maggie’s heavy artillery might be cause of it.

walking dead spoilers

The Walking Dead will once again keep viewers glued to their seats on February. New video trailers and spoiler alerts abound as we inch closer to the air date for the second half of Season 3. The Walking Dead remaining episode titles are reportedly now set in stone.

Although very little (in some cases very, very, little) information has leaked about the final episodes of the season, the title names give viewers an idea of what to expect when Rick and his group once again liven up Sunday evenings.

The first episode of the second half The Walking Dead Season 3 is reportedly entitled “The Suicide King,” according to Hypable. The Governor (played by David Morrissey) plans his attack on the prison refuge occupied by Rick Grimes’ (played by Andrew Lincoln) group. Although the one-eyed ruler of Woodbury may have a stellar attack plan, Rick’s gang just might beat him to the punch and launch their own assault first.

The second episode of the latter half of The Walking Dead season is reportedly entitled “Home.” The February 24 episode of the AMC mega-hit series is supposedly called, “I Ain’t A Judas.” Hmm, the title could be a bit telling if we think really hard about which few characters have uttered the slang phrase during previous episodes.

The next two episodes of The Walking Dead are reportedly labeled, “Clear” and “Pale Horse.” On March 17, Episode 14 appears to harken back to some unfinished business from the first part of Season 3. The episodes is entitled, “Killer Within, Part II.” The next two episodes are reportedly called “This Sorrowful Life” and “Welcome to The Tombs.”

“Welcome to The Tombs” is the final episode of Season 3. The Walking Dead spoilers indicate that during the episode Rick determines that someone in the group has been tricking them, according to Examiner spoiler alerts. Someone in Rick’s group supposedly commits suicide, and the fearless leader who dazzles female fans when wearing “sexy dirt” blames Tyrese for the death.
