As we recently reported, Steve McQueen has decided to move on from the Vampire Diaries. His last episode will air on Feb 12 and thanks to People we have what could possibly be his last photo in Mystic Falls.

The episode, “Stay,” will have Elena (Nina Dobrev) putting on a brave face as she reminisces with her brother about their past and their time spent in Mystic Falls before he leaves for art school. Meanwhile, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Caroline (Candice Accola) grow ever closer as the two prepare the Forbes family cabin so that Caroline’s mother, Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre), can live out her final days in comfort.

Later, a confrontation with Enzo (Michael Malarkey) leads Jeremy to question his decision to leave Mystic Falls after all. The sure-to-be-heartbreaking episode (what else is new for TVD?) will also see Caroline rushing to her mother’s side after finding out she’s taken a turn for the worse.

“The Vampire Diaries” Episode 6.12 – “Prayer for the Dying” (1/29/15)
THE MERGE — When Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell) and Luke’s (guest star Chris Brochu) father arrives to town to celebrate their birthday, they try to convince him to let Jo (guest star Jodi Lyn O’Keefe) and Kai (guest star Chris Wood) take their place in the merge ceremony. After Tyler (Michael Trevino) finds out that the merge is happening sooner than he expected, he urges Liv to let him talk to her father.

Meanwhile, after Caroline’s (Candice Accola) plan to cure her mother takes an unexpected and devastating turn, Elena (Nina Dobrev), Stefan (Paul Wesley), and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) gather at the hospital, while Jo attempts to save Sheriff Forbes’ (guest star Marguerite MacIntyre) life.

Lastly, with the merge set to take place, Damon’s risky plan quickly sends things spiraling out of control, forcing one of the twins to take matters into their own hands. Jeffrey Hunt directed the episode written by Brett Matthews and Rebecca Sonnenshine.

Sleepy Hollow – Episode 2.17 – Awakening (16-Feb-2015)

Henry Parrish returns armed with John Dee’s Grimoire, a powerful book of demonic magic, with a plan to reconstitute Sleepy Hollow’s long dormant – but at one point powerful – coven of witches. His initial attempt is met with noticeable, albeit limited, success, prompting him to seek out an ally in his cause. As Crane and Mills investigate three separate incidents related to Henry’s handiwork, they are lead to one of the many duplicate copies of the Liberty Bell, the repeated peal of which appears to have prompted recent cases of unexplained, uncontrolled rage in some of the town’s residents. Following some research, they discover the bell’s provenance had been closely associated with an “Awakening” ritual that sparks the powers of those with Witch heritage… which, in Sleepy Hollow, potentially numbers among the thousands. Meanwhile, Katrina – intrigued by her recent encounter with the Warlock Solomon Kent – tries to make sense of his prophetic warning about her more powerful “dark side,” and gets an unexpected, though not wholly unwelcome, visitor, which puts her and Ichabod at direct odds. And Jenny tells Abbie and Ichabod what she’s learned about the true nature of Frank Irving’s soul… that it is still under some sort of demonic control. This realization is proven out, complicating the team’s current mission even further, and forcing Jenny to resort to drastic measures.
