This years most anticipated film in the Sci Fi world is The Mortal Instruments. Based on the novels by Cassandra Clare, the movie follows Clary Fray after her mom is attacked and taken from their home in New York City by a demon. A seemingly ordinary teenage girl, Clary finds out truths about her past and bloodline on her quest to get her back, that changes her entire life.
The movie is currently in post production and has a release date of 23 August, 2013.
Sci Fi Magazine recently published a double page spread on the the movie, with some photos that we have not yet seen. The article is written in Italian and as yet I have not found a translation.
