What a long two weeks its been! But finally we get another episode this week! This weeks episode is titled “My Brothers Keeper” and with Elena’s newly single status it seems that things are going to hot up with another Salvatore…..

E! Online revealed that the newly single Elena and the drool worthy Damon will DEFINITELY be getting closer next episode. Viewers are already well aware of the sparks between these two (on-screen and off), but the shocking reveal that Matt would be Damon’s date to the Miss Mystic Falls pageant kind of through off Team Delena fans. But fear not though, because despite Matt being Elena’s date to the shindig, fans can expect to see Damon and Elena on the dance floor at the pageant!

If that moment won’t be steamy enough for viewers, they can also expect to see steam coming from Caroline. The blonde vamp is reportedly going to be furious with her friend and something tells us it has to do with her budding friendship with Stefan.

Candice tells TV Guide “They’re both struggling with trying to support the ones they love in difficult circumstances that they don’t necessarily agree with, so they come together over that and find a friendship that’s long overdue.”

And season 4 will see Originals vampire Elijah reutrn in ep 15. Recently, Hollywood Life chatted it up with Daniiel Gillies aka originals vampire Elijah on Vampire Diaries. He was hanging out at the Baja International Film Festival when they talked with him, he revealed that he’s about to reprise his vampy role,and soon as he’ll be returning in episode 15 and 16.

He told them, “I am returning soon. Executive producer Julie Plec is saying episode 15 and 16, but I am going back to film very soon! I am very lucky to be on two shows ,The Vampire Diaries and NBC’s Saving Hope, that are on the air.”

With all of this news, I’m pretty excited for the upcoming episodes before we break for Christmas!
