The CW has released 18 new promotional stills from the ninth episode of Supernatural‘s eighth season, “Citizen Fang.”

According to the episode synopsis, this episode will see Sam asking Martin Creaser, who the brothers hunted with in “Sam, Interrupted,” “to keep an eye on Benny without telling Dean.”

But when there are supposed animal attack deaths — likely indicators of a vampire kill — in Benny’s hometown, Martin assumes that Benny is the culprit. While “Dean defends his friend,” the situation turns messy “[w]hen Martin decides to take things into his own hands.”

As a result, “Dean is forced to make a very hard decision,” which we’re guessing has to do with the shots of Dean and Benny watching each other warily with weapons in hand. It also looks like Benny and Dean will be doing some hunting of their own.
